Delinquent Account Policy
Per the Owl Creek Country Club By-Laws
1) Member payments are due to the club on the 20th of the month.
2) If an account has not been paid in full by the 20th of the following month (30 days after due), members shall receive a courtesy call from the office staff, informing member they are delinquent and that they have 10 days to pay in full and avoid being posted on the delinquent list.
3) If account is not paid on 30th of the following month (40 days after due), the name of the member and the delinquent amount shall be posted on the bulletin board in the club house, on the Club website, Club smart phone app and said member's credit privileges shall be suspended.
4) If such indebtedness remains unpaid 50 days after it became due, and/or a payment plan satisfactory to the Board of Directors has not been determined, such member, and the member's spouse and/or children, shall stand suspended from all privileges of the club, and he or she shall not be permitted to enter the clubhouse or grounds, under any circumstances, until by the Board of Directors after payment of delinquencies.
5) If such delinquent amount remains unpaid at the date of the next regular meeting of the Board of Directors, and if no payment plan that is satisfactory to the Board of Directors has been implemented, such member shall automatically be expelled from membership, unless otherwise directed by the Board of Directors.
